Fortunately, we've never had any issues with tapes breaking on us. However, some of the tapes we handle are delicate. We do everything we can to ensure there are no issues, but we can’t guarantee that they won’t break during the conversion process.

Getting more technical, we convert the tapes into a .mp4 format. This format is one of the most universal formats out there. It's been around for a long time and will be for years to come. Other formats are available upon request.

Our team will do everything we can to preserve your family memories. When we come across a tape that either has no footage on it or it's clear the conversion didn't make a clean video, we will let you know and remove that tape from your invoice.
